Maximize Your Rewards with Every Successful Referral

Cash Bonus: For every agent you successfully refer to Firelight Realty, you'll receive a $25.00 bonus, awarded following completion of the new agent's onboarding process.

Ongoing Commission: Beyond the cash bonus, you'll earn a 1.00% commission* on every transaction closed by your referred agent within their first 12 months as a Firelight Realty agent (transactions must close within those 12 months, not just be pending). For example, if you refer Agent B and they close a deal with a $5,000 commission, you'll receive a $50.00 bonus, and so on.

*This is 1.00% of the total commission due to Firelight Realty from a closed transaction, before any split.

This referral bonus is paid from company profits and does not impact your referred agent's commission. There's no limit to referred-agent cash bonuses or commissions — however, we only pay cash/commissions for directly referred agents. If you refer Agents B, C, D, and E — great, you're eligible for everything above. If Agent B (whom you referred) refers Agent F, Agent B gets credit for Agent F.
