Firelight Realty LLC (“Firelight,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through firelightrealty.us and our agent portal, why we collect it, and how it’s handled.

Information we collect

When you use our contact forms, we collect what you type in — typically your name, email, phone number, and message. When you join Firelight, our payment processor Stripe collects your billing details directly; we never see or store your full card number. When you sign onboarding documents (like the Independent Contractor Agreement or Policies & Procedures Manual), those are collected and stored by Jotform, our e-signature provider. When you log into the agent portal, we use Firebase (a Google service) to verify your email and manage your session — we don’t collect or store passwords, since sign-in is passwordless.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to respond to your questions, process your membership and keep your real estate license active and compliant with Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation (DBPR) requirements, track and pay out commissions, and give you access to the agent resources and tools included with your membership. We don’t use your information for advertising, and we don’t sell it.

Third-party services we use

Our contact forms are delivered through Web3Forms. Membership payments are processed by Stripe. Onboarding documents are signed through Jotform. Agent portal sign-in runs on Firebase. Each of these companies processes data under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review if you’d like the specifics of how they handle it on their end. This site is hosted on Netlify.

Cookies

We don’t run advertising or analytics tracking cookies on this site. Stripe’s checkout may set its own cookies as a normal part of processing your payment securely — that’s between you and Stripe, governed by their policy.

Data sharing

We share information only with the service providers listed above, as needed to run the site and your membership, and with regulatory bodies (like DBPR or a cooperating brokerage) where required to activate or verify your license or complete a transaction. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

How long we keep it

We retain agent and transaction records for as long as needed to meet real estate licensing, tax, and recordkeeping obligations, and contact form submissions for as long as reasonably needed to respond to and document the inquiry.

Your choices

If you’d like to review, correct, or request deletion of information we hold about you, reach out through our Contact Us page or call (407) 801-9967. Note that some information can’t be deleted while your license is active with us, or where we’re required to retain it by law.

Children’s privacy

This site is intended for licensed real estate professionals and adults interested in real estate services. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page from time to time as our tools or practices change. The effective date above reflects the most recent update.
