These terms govern your use of firelightrealty.us and Firelight’s agent portal, and your relationship with Firelight Realty LLC (Broker License CQ1071151, Longwood, FL). By using this site or joining Firelight, you agree to them.

Who this is for

This site is for Florida-licensed real estate professionals interested in affiliating with Firelight, current Firelight agents, and members of the public looking to buy, sell, or learn about our services. Firelight only accepts agents holding an active or activatable Florida real estate license.

Independent contractor relationship

Agents affiliated with Firelight are independent contractors, not employees. Your annual or bi-annual membership fee is a component and condition of that independent contractor relationship, covering license activation and maintenance, E&O insurance, and access to Firelight’s tools and resources — see our Refund Policy for how fees and cancellations work.

No guarantee of results

Firelight doesn’t guarantee any particular number of leads, transactions, or income. Figures shown on this site — commission examples, savings estimates, activation times — are illustrative or based on past agent experience and aren’t a promise of your own results.

Using this site

Please use our forms and tools honestly — submit accurate information, and don’t use this site for anything unlawful or to misrepresent yourself or a transaction. We may suspend access to the agent portal for misuse or for violations of Firelight’s brokerage policies.

Intellectual property

The Firelight Realty name, logo, and the content of this site belong to Firelight Realty LLC. Agents may use approved Firelight branding only as described in our Logo Files & Advertising Rules, available in the agent portal.

Third-party services

This site links to or uses third-party services — including Stripe for payments, Jotform for document signing, and MyStateMLS for optional MLS access. We aren’t responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those third-party services; your use of them is subject to their own terms.
